Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Advanced Tax Service.. All of their so called tax professionals are very uneducated and have horrible customer service. I went to Shaquala Smith and she didnt have knowledge of the new system that they had and was the reason i almost had to file identity theft, yes the so called tax professional! Them when i was called to come pick up my refund after not hearing anything from her for over a month..i was told to drive to MLK Dr. because they no longest used the campbellton location anymore. There were so many people confused about where to go! Then Shaquala Smith charged me an extra 200$ on top of the 600$ that went to the company before i even received my refund!! They're all scammers!! I had w2s and she still tried to hold my money from more until i paid her the 200$!!! They're all disgusting scammers.
