Don't go to Alena at Art Brows. I did and regret it. I set up a consultation and had my brows done by Alena. My brows faded a great deal immediately. At my initial appointment, I was told to go on line and make an appointment for 30 days later for a touch-up. I did this immediately. I received a confirmation for my appt. I also later received a reminder for my appt. I arrived for my second appointment a few minutes early. While I was already at the location, Alena text me saying that she couldn't honor my appointment because she was working on another client. I text her back and she didn't respond. I went up to her booth in in the Sola Salon and knocked on the door. Elena came out and told me that she could not see me because she was working on another client. I was very annoyed because I couldn't understand how she had another client when I followed her instructions and booked my appointment on her calendar on her website. She was very rude and short with me. She made no apology whatsoever. She then went back into her booth and closed the door in my face. Now I am stuck with crazy faded eyebrows that cost over $500. Don't go to Art Brows unless you want to end up like me with very expensive eyebrows that are a complete mess. Now I have to pay someone else and start the whole process again.
