The Art of Living Foundation offers a six-day workshop that teaches breathing techniques to eliminate stress and tension, increase energy and focus and handle negative emotions. Participants learn practical wisdom for getting the most out of life and develop skills for improving relationships at home and work. The masterpiece of the Art of Living Course is a powerful breathing-based technique called Sudarshan Kriya, or the healing breath. Sudarshan Kriya incorporates specific natural rhythms of breath to release stress and bring the mind to the present moment. The course also includes other breathing techniques, meditation, low-impact yoga, and skills for dealing effectively with challenging emotions and situations.

Best Yoga Course in town!

They teach a 6 day course called, you guessed it right, "Art of Living". The breathing techniques taught on the course are really great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and caring. I have not found a Yoga Course that is more holistic and comprehensive than Art of Living. They have a nice bookstore with really phenomenal books, CDs, videos and Music for those interested in learning Yoga and Meditation. They've got free follow-up sessions after the introductory course. They also have a large network of centers everywhere in the world, and past the introductory course, follow-up sessions can be attended free of cost, anywhere in the world. This Yoga Center delivers really good value.
