I would have given them zero stars if possible. The customer service was horrendous, and I had to wait over a hour to get a ride that went way out of the way. The driver even tried charging an extra 20 dollars. Horrible service all around. I would recommend walking over getting a ride from them again. Please don't make the same terrible decision that I made!!!
