Hard to believe last week was my first visit to this Mediterranean hot spot! Kameel was greeting guests as they arrived for the lunch hour with falafel, which is delicious! After having a small sampling, I knew that I was getting the Falafel Sandwich Kameel Style. It's served with regular falafel, hummus and baba ghanoush. I will be back for more, no doubt!

Aviva is one of the best restaurants in Atlanta for fresh and healthy Mediterranean food. It is located inside of Peachtree Center downtown and if you plan to visit for lunch, get there early! The line is always long! My recommendations include the falafel which is perfectly crispy on the outside but nice and soft in the middle. I also recommend the quinoa with tomatoes, squash and spinach and the roasted chicken. And for dessert you cannot leave without the baklava. It is the best Ive EVER had!

This a superior quality meal in a food court. I would pay double for the food if it were in a stand alone restaurant. Kameel is very welcoming. He even feeds you while you wait in line. Highly recommended.
