Everyone there has been beyond nice to me and very accommodating including Alethea. Keep in mind that I always go out of my way to project positive energy in hopes of receiving it back and that may well be my secret. :) First, I have very pale non tanning skin with dark coarse hair. I also feel almost no pain. I have been there 3 times for laser hair removal and after just one treatment I noticed at least 25% of the hair was gone. Since then I have been a total of 3 times. It has been at least 3 months that I haven't even shaved. Looking right now I can actually count how many hairs are left and they are hard to see and maybe a quarter of an inch long. I am leaving them so we can see what still needs to be done. I wish I could have my whole body done!!! I have been to another place when laser hair removal was still new around 5 years ago and I had 6 treatments and 100% of that hair has grown back. it was extremely painful and It also cost me around $700!! Since my 3 laser treatments at Bella so far I even went in for a microderm facial. Two weeks before I had a microderm performed at another salon and my face wasn't even red! I couldn't even tell! At Bella, my face was really red and all my skin just fell off for the next few days. It was amazing!! I just put avocado oil on my face right after my morning shower then before I went to bed. I can't believe how fantastic my skin looks and i heard that you need to have like 3-6 done to see any results?!?! I love my results right now. I even had a groupon and I don't feel like I was treated any less.

Ridiculous. Terrible. I was initially impressed, because the staff was very helpful and the ambiance of the place is very iviting and relaxing. However. Once the "treatments" started, i soon realized how pointless it was. I am sure some people have a lovely experience, and I realize it probably differs with each different treatment. But the stretch mark laser treatment was hideous. The first two were ok. It burned quite a but, but it was very bearable. Because the treatment was happening on my legs while i was in a reclined position, I had no idea where the laser was targeting. HOWEVER. On my third AND FINAL (i had paid for 6 treatments. I refuse to go again) I was burned so badly that I had brown and red burn marks on my inner and back thighs for 3 weeks. THREE WEEKS. And the pain was really bad. But the most RIDICULOUS part was, now that there were phycial burns, I could see that Alethea was not even bothering to actually target all of the affected area, or the affected area at all. It didnt even come close to covering the area, and some of the burns were actually on non stretch marked skin. It was as if she was just randomly aiming and applying the laser treatment just anywhere, as if to make me THINK something worthwhile was happening down there, LMAO. After seeing where all these laser "treatments" were actually being applied, I just said FORGET IT. It was PAINFUL, LEFT MARKS, AND IT DIDNT EVEN TARGET THE AREA. So either Alethea needs to get her vision checked, or she just couldnt be bothered to give a crap. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and especially not this treatment.

Let me start by saying " I should have known better!" I purchased a Groupon for Microderm my appt was with Tessa, first red flag was she only took about 10mins to do my whole face and right after tried to sell me a packet! I told her I would give them a call and schedule I wanted to check and see if Groupon was for mini Microderm or a full service b/c I'm very familiar with this service and it def takes longer than 10 min for a whole face! So I left.. checked Groupon and it didn't state mini or full so I assumed for the price it was mini! I enjoyed the atmosphere so I decided to give them a second chance....WHAT A MISTAKE! My appt was again with Tessa I always ask if they are familiar with working with diff skin types b/c skin of color can be tricky! She said yes she's been in the business for yrs! I had a small area on my check that was darker than my face she said she wanted to put a IVF peel on just that spot. I said OK that's fine! In this sitting I had Microdem, enzyme along with this IVF peel that she put on my cheek to treat this one area! She put the IVF peel 3 times the size of the actual mark she was treating! Keep that in mind! When I left she assured it would be fine it would peel and everything will be OK! I made her very aware that I have VERY sensitive skin, I burn and scar very easy! So as the days go by and the peel comes off I can tell that the pigment of my skin is 4 to 5 shades darker in that spot that she treated and its bigger than the size of a quarter in my face! So I call the business they were gone for the day. Just so happens the next day Caroline calls me and said Tessa isn't going to be in and she can take me the next day for my appt! I explain to her my issue and whats wrong and that I really need to see TESSA b/c she was the one that did this to my face! All of a sudden Tessa isn't available for days to come. So I go in and see Caroline she tells me that clearly I have a Burn and that she doesn't want to touch my face! BUT she also told me that she (Tessa) would have never known that I would burn like that if she wouldn't have tried all 3 things at once like she did! SMH! So I left that day with no resolution! I went back about a week later and again asked to see TESSA I was told " oh she isn't working that day" so I realize now OK Tessa is avoiding me! I go to my appt and walk in really early and Guess who's at the front counter TESSA! She See's me and darts to the back as if I didn't see her! Smh.. So I go in with Caroline and she continues to try to smooth over situation but she says I have to go at a very low speed on your face bc I don't want to aggravate the mark! Now fast forward almost 2 weeks later I have called and spoken with several of the ladies there to see if I can just give the remaining treatments to someone else and NEVER come back there again! She tells me she wants to speak with Alethea and see what she agrees to do! I called back bc I had yet to hear from anyone as of yet and I was informed that Alethea hasn't been in but was aware of the situation! So bottom line you get what you pay for! I paid 240 for a packet of 5 which is VERY CHEAP! Lesson learned! I will never return to this place!
