Word of mouth is bad for business try to treat ur customers with respect dont take money from people you hate

The owner/manager of this business was rude to me over the phone. I had my wife to drop off my uniforms to be dry cleaned and requested that my pants be starched. I am nwe the the area and wanted to try a local service since it was a half mile form me. We get a call saying that they could not starch my pants. So I ask why and he replied it would ruin my pants or could burn them. I told him ive always got starch in my pants. He replied to me that he would bag my $#!÷ up and I could come get it and take it some where else and to stop waisting his time. This is bad business and especially in a black neighborhood and he is of Indian decent. Needless to say, I will not bus using his service and no one should be subject to the treatment as I have.
