We had the most horrible delivery experience. After taking off work to be there for the delivery, the two guys show up and tell me they aren’t strong enough to carry the fridge (normal, counter depth fridge) to the second floor where our kitchen is located. As a result, we had no fridge for the additional 5!! days it took best Buy to get delivery people out. It was really very unprofessional to send delivery people who weighed like 130 and weren’t able to carry the appliances. Completely disappointing. Won’t buy at Best Buy again.

I like this location more than the other Best Buy locations. They have a better selection of computers and the store seems to be setup very well.

Customer Service is Horrible...3 employees helping One Lady...that's Ridiculous!!!!!!!

After purchasing a cell phone package from the store, the cell phone company made an error in what kind of package plan I had agreed to and the sales clerk called and stayed on the line for an hour and half helping to get the matter corrected. She really went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.
