We purchased a washer from sears Along with the protection plan. It has had trouble since september The sears repair guys have not showed on five different occasions They would even call to say they would come at a set time or Say she was the next stop. I called sears customer service several times. They hang up on you and are very rude along with being a smart mouth. Based on the no shows she received An email saying she was approved for a replacement. Three different reps said she should get a replacement washer. Then I called to see how I get the replacement, I'm told oops the email was an error. Dealing with sears has been a nightmare. All the reps there address themselves as managers. A word to the wise DONT BUY FROM SEARS YOU WILL REGRET IT. They also do not document thier records to what actually occurred during the phone covesatin that took place. Meaning they falsify the record.

I live in Augusta, Ga. and we reside in a property owned by Twain Management of Acworth, Ga. They never want to fix anything and are very rude. Mr. T. K. uses his son-in-law who lives here in Augusta, to be his mouth piece maybe because he as people skills. After the lease is signed, the son-in-law disappears and in comes Mr. K. with his arrogance and condescending demeanor. His behavior would not matter if he fixed this as they should because we pay rent as we should. There is mold around the house, the bathroom floor is coming up due to a ongoing leak we have complained about. The insulation is horrible we pay a 500.00 electric bill in the summer months (we use gas for hot water). Sewage smell also. I would not tell my worst enemy to rent from this person. Slum Lord!
