Located in Atlanta, Bold American Catering serves various local corporations, law firms, event management companies, nonprofit associations, cultural institutions, universities and retailers. The company s event gallery occupies an area of more than 9,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Its reception menu includes poached shrimp, roast beef ribs, crab cakes, pork loins, smoked salmon and cakes.
