I took a ivory silk jacket to be cleaned at this cleaners, and upon returning to pick-up this item I notice brown stains on the sleeve, back and front of jacket. Called this to the attention of the clerk. She was very helpful. she mark all the spots and said she would bring this to the attention of the mgr. which she did. I spoke with him the next week and he assured me he would try to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. On my return a couple of days later, he had accomplished the removal of the stains, as a matter of fact the jacket looked great. Much thanks to him.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DRY CLEANER. {I requested next day service} I took two cream suits {my husband and mine} to this facility to have cleaned. My suit had lipstick and makeup on the back of my jacket. I have only worn my suit once and the value of my suit was $400. I requested that my buttons be covered to ensure that they would not be damaged. Upon inspection of my suits, My husband’s suit still had the same spots and my suit still had the lipstick stain visible and the belt had black marking on the side. The suits felt as if they were machine washed and ironed. My suit no longer had the crisp feel, but was rather flimsy. I immediately notified the worker and told her that I was not satisfied with the quality of the work and she called the owner. The owner was very rude and informed me that he got some of the stains out and that he still needed to be paid for the work he has done.



I find it hard to believe that a dry cleaner could have such lack of value for another persons items. I trusted this cleaner and he ruined my clothing and would not release my items until I paid in cash $21.00. I would NEVER use nor recommend this cleaner to ANYONE!!!!! Please beware!!!
