I feel so bad for my bride having gone through the experience at this store for our bridesmaid dresses.



The staff there is not at all knowledgeable with the dresses they sell and when ordering our dresses put in a color for a designer that did not exist. They ordered the wrong sizes for a couple of our party and were completely rude when we were trying to get the orders corrected.



Save yourself the headache and purchase somewhere else!!

My friend and I went there last November to dress shop since we're both getting married. We both put a deposit down on a dress and was told that if we changed our mind about the dress we could use the $150 deposit on something else like shoes or jewelry. I wasn't too worried about it since my wedding wasn't for another year but then my fiance got a job overseas and we had to move our wedding date up. When I called the store to see if they could order my dress they told me it was impossible and that I should have called sooner. I JUST FOUND OUT! Well my friend found another dress so we drove the 3 hour drive to go spend our 150 on shoes. We get there and yeah they stopped selling shoes and no one would help us since we weren't shopping for a dress we were completely ignored so we asked that the manager call us so we can discuss a refund. A week later I finally get a hold of the manager (me calling her) and was told there was nothing she can do except to refer me to their district manager. I still have not received a phone call and that was last month. I call today to ask them to just send me a necklace thats under 150 since I'm moving and will never be able to return to the store to spend that money. Oh guess what they stopped selling jewelry! She then tries to sell me a veil and flower girl dress! They kept blaming it on new management!

This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen! The store was rude and thoughtless. They ruined my fiances dress and they asked her to prove it. Then they insulted my fiancé calling her cheap for shopping around. This place has the rudest employees my fiancé and I ever dealt with. The store manager there is rude and egotitical.



If you guys arent filthy rich and have to shop around for the best price this place isnt for you.

Melanie was a great joy to work with, although I came in with a small bughget she didn't act as if I was poor. She helped me all the way through offering me dresses to meet my budget needs. Melanie really went beyond her duties as a salesperson. Anyways she got the sale I went over and beyond my bugdet, and I'm satisified. They always say you will be pay for customer service. Thank Melanie
