I want to say that I am very grateful for Rick and Earl’s help changing out the wrong tub and getting me a another tub. They kept me posted on the transporting of my replacement tub and when it got there took a few extra minutes waiting for me to get there to inspect and pick it up. I am forever grateful to you

Poor customer service. I m going to spend a little more somewhere else on principle. According to there rude associates and management, it s company policy that I either come in person (45 miles away) to order or fax them a copy of my drivers license and credit card for them to take orders for interior doors -- which take a week for them to put together. Their policy to protect customers puts them at greater risk. The manager confirmed that they do not do background checks on their employees. I offered to show them my ID upon pick up but they refused. When I advised that I would take my business elsewhere the manager practically laughed at me. Jerks...
