Anti Customer Service & False Advertisement

I visited this store on October 26, 2008 at or about 1230AM. The sign outsided of the resturant had the open until 200AM, Thurdsday, Friday & Saturday. I visited this same resturant before and I received great service. I did not recieve great service during my last visit.

I received no service at all, I waited patiently in the drive thru and I did not hear one single whisper of voice at no one peep. I went around to the pick up window and there was a young woman with braids, she did not aknowledge me at all. I had ask her if the resturant was closed.

I am most disenchanted with this lack of customer service and detail. Why advertise that you are operating until a certain and then not adhere to it? The establish is guilty of false advertisement and I did not get an opportunity to have it my way (I guess I could not because the employee was too busy having it her way).
