This is not only my favorite dessert date night spot in Atlanta, but it's definitely my favorite restaurant hands down. The food is always delicious, but the drinks and cheesecake are seriously the BEST! I love the atmosphere of old European style decor, and little touches like foreign language playing in the restrooms. This place is a must try for anytime, but especially dessert or a late night coffee/ cocktail.

Great staff, service, and location. Not a big coffee drinker but I tried Cafe Intermezzo it was delicious.

Cafe Intermezzo has a few locations, including one at the airport, but this one is located in Midtown on Peachtree and 11th. There is parking available at a deck nearby, and they'll validate your ticket for you before you leave.



Intermezzo has a European flair, making you feel like you're in a dark cafe somewhere on the streets of Paris. They have a pretty large menu, including coffee + cocktails, crepes, sandwiches, salads, entrees, etc. They also offer wifi, so it's a good place to work or take a lunch meeting during the day. At night it's a bit more focused on dinner and cocktails, with a nice semi-covered patio if the weather is good!

I went here for lunch and loved it!! I recommend the Caffe Mocha and chicken Florentine Crepes. When you walk in to Intermezzo, you’ll see an entire case of cakes and cheesecakes- a must try! I asked the hostess what the most popular slice of cheesecake was and she said it was the oreo one! I loved that one and the amaretto slice. I especially love the textures of these cheesecakes- so rich!

The cheesecake here...a must!! I love that their cafe list is endless. This location is lively. Parking is comped and you can walk to Piedmont park from here.

Cafe style, too many items on the menu, food is decent, dessert bar is good. Would go back for coffee and cake, but not for dinner.
