Provided by YPmobileNot a bad pawn shop , but they do need to work on their customer service. You should greet people as they walk into your store and not wait for them to speak to you. I was told one thing over the phone then another when I got to the store and the sales reps response was.....well I don't know who you talked to , but that's not correct. As a customer he could have at least apologized for me being given the wrong information then advised me of what he could do. It really goes a long way to help the customer feel better about the situation. Other than that this is still a nice location.
