They help me very much. I have read some of the issues some of the people have written. I believe it's either upset x employee's that were fired. Or bad people that just lied about trying to pay the bill and didnt have the funds. We all have hard times sometimes but, stop all the lying. I'm glad my bill is paid in full. Thanks Channing for all your help You were very professional to me.

I had a took out a loan and forgot all about it. I called and spoke with a gentlemen who was very helpful. At first I thought they would get rude but, he spoke very well with me and put me on a payment plan. I am on my last payment , after 4 payments and this will be paid off. Thanks

I tried to work with them on a loan i owed and called and talked to a gentleman before my double mesectomy and told them I could not pay that month. So a week after my surgery I checked my account to see how much money I had to pay my bills and their was a -650.oo in my account. I called them numerous times and even emailed them and they never got back with me and when I did get a hold of someone at their office a lady told me to stop calling and emailing as they are working on my case.

Just having major surgery I surely did not need that . I paid them the first month but could not this month and then when they took my money it was my son childs support for his school clothes and I told the lady that.
