Very friendly and terrific service for your pet! Kind of an unassuming location but great owners/staff.

simply:

1. made a reservation for Thanksgiving holiday week/weekend 3 weeks prior

2. sent vaccination info via email. received no confirmation. called myself to confirm receipt.

3. called the morning of arrival around 11:00 am to confirm again. (they had not done this)

4. had full conversation w/ them about my dog's arrival; confirmed what I needed to bring etc.

5. during this same call told them my kids would be dropping off my dog around 1pm or so

6. called them 3 times @ 1:15 to tell them kids were close - no answer

7. called all the way until 2:45 - no answer; kids knocked on windows and doors.. no answer

8. THEY HAD CLOSED EARLY

9. TO RECAP: They did not tell me at the time the reservation was made that they were closing early. They did not tell me when I called to confirm receipt of the vaccinations they were closing early. They did not tell me when I called the day of the reservation to confirm my dog's arrival that they were closing early.



RUDE. INCONSIDERATE. UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY PUT ME IN A BIND AS MY FAMILY AND I WERE HEADING OUT OF TOWN FOR 3 DAYS FOR THANKSGIVING. IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE -5 STARS...

This Dr. was a little too sensitive for my tastes, however I'm sure he'll have a dedicated following of other animal lovers, and I applaud his alternative medicine approach.

Chateau Animalia is truly the cream of the crop in Atlanta! The veterinary, grooming, rehabilitation and boarding staff and facilities are top of the line! They are professional, kind, and affordable!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to care for your pet!
