I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Firstly, there was a guy helping us and he knew NOTHING about customer service. I was pointing out flaws with the dress I was buying and he kept going back and fourth with me saying they were no big deal. He was very rude and did not care about my concerns!! The dresses are cheaply made and all the salesman cared about was making a quick buck!

It was nice to shop there. sales associates were really good. Two associates helped me, one picked dresses for me and other one put me on the dresses. I felt like I was so spoiled. The experience was very good. I read comment below from former employee's. I feel sorry for her but I didn't feel nothing about the color discrimination and all associates were great. I liked it.

I had an amazing experience there this previous weekend. I found my perfect wedding gown, and loved the associate that helped me find it. She was so patient and sweet as i went through several rounds of dresses. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Everyone was amazing and helpful! Especially Teresa she helped me choose a ton of dresses that would fit me and manager was so funny and nice.

This store is the best prom store ever. Me and my mom love this store. sales associates were so professional and friendly. They found dresses and I just tried them on. And guess what get a perfect dress for me. It seemed like they knew what I wanted. Service was like a luxury boutique. TWO THUMBS UP!!

Some of my friends recommended this store so I went there. I was surprised this store was so big, beautiful and associates were nice and patient. I found my dream prom dress there.

This was the absolute worse customer service experience of my entire life. The owner would not lot allow my daughter to try on a dress off the mannequin in her exact size and insisted she try on one off the rack 2 sizes too big. He stated it would be too much trouble to take it off if she ended up not liking it. After I continued to ask if she could try in the right size because she wouldn't like it if it were too big, he said no and continued to stress the price of the dress as if he really didn't want to go through the trouble just in case I couldn't afford it. After I told him that his customer service was horrible he instructed he associate not to help us anymore and asked us to leave. I think his actions and attitude were disgusting and he doesn't deserve to be in a business that has anything to do with young girls! He made her experience horrible!
