I don't see how anyone gives these guys more than one star. I would give them zero stars if I could. Their service was so bad when I hired them to paint my house that either they are bipolar or they have friends and family write positive views (as a previous commentator noted). They damaged my appliances, spilled paint on my floors, fixtures, outlets, and furniture, and they didn't even finish painting the walls they were supposed to. If you have a penchant for misery, then hire these guys but unless you like being robbed, don't give them any money upfront. They lie on their website and say they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau but I looked them up (and reported them) and they currently have an "F" rating. I don't think their mommas taught them how to tell the truth.

I needed a few decks stained that I didn't have time to get to. I contacted citypro last minute and they came out and did a fantastic job. They painted all 4 of them in 3 days. I saw the negative reviews but I gave them a shot. Glad I did. I had no problems whatsoever. I guess u win some u lose some.

I am pretty sure the positive reviews are from employees. Shawn, Shelly, and the whole crew are crooks. They ruined several of my items with their careless paint spills, they left their trash everywhere, and then they refused to come finish the job. I thought it would be smart to hire the cheapest it painters. They certainly offer the cheapest upfront price but now I have to go back and hire a real professional to fix their work AND do the job they were supposed to do. Turns out they are the most expensive when all is said and done. They are lazy, dirty, and dishonest. I am very disappointed. These guys try to bury negative reviews and have friends and employees write good ones.

The price was good but you get what you paid for. I paid them in good faith when the job was 90% finished and they were supposed to come back next morning to finish it so now its two weeks later and they never came back.

Great service. I contacted citypro with an 1 week deadline. My property is 3329 sq ft. Kevin came out for our estimate. He did a awesome job. He informed us thoroughly. He gave us THEE best price ive ever received. Shawn and his crew were our painters. They arrived on time. They provided everything as well as our paint ( that we purchased at a great discount thru City Pro). They were professional, and hardworking. It was also kind of weird because i didn't even hear them most of the time. I couldn't believe it. They finished in 2 days, just 2 days I SWEAR! I was told by several contractors that my project would take a week. Im a realtor in Atlanta and i will definitely use these guys for all my properties. Go team CityPro!!!

We hired Shawn and his team to paint a vacant rental property. Was given a flat rate to paint every wall, door and trim in the house. Will never use again. Here's why:



1. ceilings were not repaired as agreed

2. payment had to be made payable to a person versus a company

kitchen walls badly greased by a tenant were not sufficiently treated to avoid stains reappearing after painting

3. every door handle had over sprays on the knobs/handles

4. appliances were not moved - crew painted around appliances -- leaving the original wall color completely visible

5. corner / wall edging was incomplete

6. multiple paint drips on cabinets and paint-runs (over applied)

7. multiple rooms with original paint bleeding through (only 1 coat applied)

8. cigarette butts left everywhere (master bedroom, garage, main floor)

9. left empty paint cans and materials



After advising and sending pics - No response or call backs from Shawn at CityPro Painters / prospaintnow.wix.com/cit… / (404) 510-6251 anymore.

great service! They were able to come out and start the job on short notice. the painter explained everything to me. the price was affordable. they were fast and neat. 4 rooms in 3 hours. ill definitely use them again!
