I had just bought the tag for a used car. I had no way to put it on and I had recently been stopped by the police. I reluctantly pulled into the parking lot of Color Collision (on Lee St) and spoke to an older gentleman standing in the doorway. He said that he didn't work there and couldn't really help me. As I was pulling out I noticed a young guy walking out and decided to ask him for help. Fred Jr. had such an inviting reception. I haven't experienced customer service that genuine in years. Not only did he fix my tag, he noticed a screw missing from my tail light. It had been holding on by a piece of tape. He went inside and found a screw and fixed it back into place and cleaned the old tape residue off. I want to give a 2 thumbs up for the service that I received from Color Collision Center. Thanks again for helping me out.
