BEAUTY SUPPLY HAIR!!!



I purchased 6 bundles of hair from Crown and Glory Virgin Hair. Spoke to Jewels part owner of the company, upon purchasing the hair 3 bundles of Peruvian and 3 bundles of Brazilian. He was very nice, stating this was pure virgin hair, he has not had any complaints and if any was to go wrong to please let him know.



Now when you first get the hair if looks beautiful, however in all actuality it's BEAUTY SUPPLY HAIR! !!! I got my sew in on a Tuesday the hair was fine went to get it cut it still looked good four days later it started!!!. This hair is tangling, swelling up you must keep a brush with you at all times, and stiff if I look down the hair stays up.



I CALLED Jules right away to inform him about the hair. I expressed to him that hair was bad, included pictures and all to him via text message. I also expressed to him I purchased 6 bundles and if the three bundles In my head is acting this way after a week I would like to return the other three.



He stated he had to talk to his partner however when making the purchase deal, his partner was not around and he did not have to consult with him. Upon talking to his partner, not only did he not want return the hair that was never used. He did not even offer to exchange the hair in my head. This is the reply I received via TEXT..



"I'm sorry the hair is not working for you, but i can not do a return on hair. All sales are final"
