Living in deerfield gardens for nine year there has been a big change that is seen and felt when you enter the complex . The staff is wonderful they treat you with repect the help with the problems you are having.Repairs are made in a timely maner .Come see

No no , repairs take up to 4 months, pest control use water to spray if he shows up and when he does he's drunk, you have to call 10 times to get sprayed.. welfare tenants throw trash in the rear of the building, the csr girls are stupid with no follow up and lie..

Please ever move in these apartments the cost of the water is 100 for two bedrooms they dont care about the people who lives here they make the people who have good credit pay for everything and not the people that are on sec8

These are the nastiest apartments i have ever lived in. They are roach infested. I would never encourage anyone to move in these apartments
