I would say my first experience was pretty good. I admit it but when I was back years later trying to refinance my home mortgage, now that was totally different experience and I know now, I would never even consider using Hersh Financial Group and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone else!



Mistakes were made from day one. I was given good faith estimate and it had incorrect information all over the place. The loan officer I was using didn’t even bother to go over the paperwork when she was presenting to me the quote and it had all of my previous information on it including wrong loan type, terms and etc. I was ok with that because I know we all make mistakes. Once the loan process stated and we ran my credit, everything went well until I was given my final quote that is based on my high credit rating was all WRONG…..wrong mortgage payment amount, interest rates, terms and etc. THEY WERE ALL WRONG!! This idiot loan officer again somehow managed to overlook entire paperwork and gave me wrong information which had me confused pretty much throughout the entire process. It was pain in the a$$!



I would love to put this person’s name on here but I don’t want to go that extreme. I would say this though. If you are in the market trying to refinance, I would strongly suggest that you look for another company and make sure you do your research before you decide who to go with. I describe this company as HALFA$$ company.
