Went in for lab test after 12 hours fasting and taking morning off from work. Right off the bat, they just made me wait for 50 mins for simple blood test, but I didn't complain. And then the nurse told me that she couldn't draw blood because she couldn't locate the specific test order from the doctor. I was told to call back and see the doctor again for the test, which I will never do.
Good location and convenient parking, but that is pretty much it. They just don't look serious about meeting their patients' reasonable expectations. I am SO not going back.
