Great place. I get excited when ever I walk into the door, because I know that I will find whatever it is that I am looking for. However, the place is a complete mess. Clothes thrown all over the shelves, Im thinking to myself, "Is this suppose to be the theme or something?" I don't think so. But other than that, nice place.

Awful customer service. I paid for merchandise that they didn't put in the bag. I live a good ways away and I wasn't going to drive all the way back to the store for such a small amount of money and asked the manager to mail the items to me. It would have cost her maybe 75 cents. She refused and put in a request for a check to be mailed. 4 weeks now and no check and no explanation as to why. I called the main California number only to hold for 45 mins and hung up, called back and started punching in random extention numbers and finally got the IT dept only to be sent back to an 888 # that put me in the same situation, no human to talk to. I don't think they actually have a home office. You can't get anyone to help you and the customer service line will tell you, if you punch enough numbers, that the operator is "unavailable". WORST customer service I've ever seen. I called the manager of the store back and she is supposed to be getting back with me after she talks to the accounts payable dept. but I don't expect to hear back from her because she will probably be put on permanent hold as I was and never find out anything for me. I've been in customer service/sales for over 30 years and I've never seen such disregard for a paying customer's rights as this place. I've spent a lot of money with this place but I won't be going back. They've lost a loyal customer over 75 cents in postage. My suggestion is to find another store....and there are many.....to buy your bargins at.
