When I spoke to Mrs Rita she was very helpful. Their is a young lady that works here. She needs to find another job, because customer service is not it. She is the young lady who has all the positive posted on her desk and one thing she is not a positive people, she is very nasty personality, I don't like dealing with her at all. The manager needs to replace her before you lose good business. The manager is a very helpful person too. You need to think about putting this lady in another area, because customer service is not for her.
