The department s general counsel division provides guidance and direction solutions for various operations, as well as drafts and reviews procurement documents. In addition, the division provides legal services and develops policies and procedures for compliance with the federal and state privacy and public requirements. The Georgia Department of Community Health administers the PeachCare for Kids Program for infants and toddlers.
