Having never experienced selling coins before Paul the owner treated me with dignity and respect I learned a lot from him and would highly recommend his expertise and customer service to anyone I know.

I highly recommend the Gold ATM. It stands apart from all the used-car-style "We Buy Gold" advertisements you see everywhere. It is highly reputable, and friendly. I have dealt with both the owner and an employee, and both displayed excellent customer service, which included carefully explaining to me what all goes into the transaction (inspecting, weighing, etc..) and giving me all the time I needed to decide whether or not I wanted to sell. On top of that, Paul took an extra 15-20 minutes to explain diamonds in general. He put diamonds under a microscope and pointed out specifics of the diamonds to explain how it affects their value. I left with more knowledge about diamonds and jewelry than when I entered. No matter what you bring to Paul and his employees, they will treat you and your items with respect.

The Gold ATM is an amazing company. I heard of the company from Praise FM on the Darlene McCoy radio show. She would have different people sharing their experiences about the company. I thought to myself I should bring the scraps of gold and see what I can get for it. I arrived at the location and it was in a professional building unlike the "typical" pawn shop that is usually located in a strip mall. The young lady that assisted me what not only pleasant to work with, she was professional and your never made to feel like your pressured to sell anything. I went in again this very week and I met the owner Paul Piwinski. The greatest part was he was so friendly that I didn't even realize that I was dealing directly with the owner of the business. I am an Assistant manager of a upscale grocery store and we are well known for our excellent customer service. He exhibited the same kind of service that we give to our customers. Thank you so much Mr. Piwinski for your outstanding service and great prices you deliver to your customers! I will certainly be back!
