I went to see Dr. Clarke for a follow up for a tooth extraction a week ago. The extraction site has been swollen and hurting for the whole week . The dental hygienist Lisa Popp was very unprofessional. I was told that I was snippy and I reminded her that I was a patient of Dr Clark, and that the personal questions aren't needed. Afterwards, she did snatched my glasses off my shirt, and leaned me back in chair to take x-rays additional x-rays. I asked about the need for more x-rays after taking some the week before, which included the panoramic and bite wings x-ray. Duplicate x-rays, the gum evaluation with added poking of the extraction site was done, the cleaning was not complete. I did not get to see the dentist. I don't appreciate the rude attitude of the staff and the lack of service from then dentist. I didn't appreciate having to see another dentist and the emergency room for follow up and antibiotics because the dentist refused to perform a follow up. Shame on you Dr.Clarke

Not worth the time to drive to this mall. I have never even heard of most of their stores. They seemed to carry a hodge podge of low quality items from overseas. While there is a Macy's, it is a mess and crammed with overstocked merchandise.

Had difficulty with my surgical procedure, was told to come in for a follow up. When I reached the office, it was closed. No apologies. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I'm asked for recommendations daily.

I think it's a good place to go and get your teeth taken care of i have a good expericence.

I would never send my family or friends to this place. Zan the office manager was rude, she seemed as though she had something better to do. she gave an office tour( great concept) but she seemed confused. April the assistant introduced herself, but didnt seem to wanna hear what I had to say. When Dr. clarke came in to greet me, I left the office not understanding what was explained to me, or getting what i went for.... The office came highly reccomended, but i would never send my family to this place.

The staff is very friendly and caring. Very compassionate care given to each patient. This is the place where I would recommend all my family memebers to go.

The staff at Greenbriar Dental Care were very professional and made me feel at home.
