Dr. Day is a genuine, respectful, and reliable counselor who has empowered me to work through my hardships and realize my full potential. Thanks to him and his outstanding guidance, I've become optimistic about my future and I have begun redirecting my life in a positive direction. One of the most valuable lessons that I learned from Dr. Day is that "happiness is a choice."

Dr. Day is an amazing and gifted counselor. Within 2 visits, the tools he presented to me to work with allowed me to take a true reflective look in the mirror.
