I paid way more than I should've to have heel taps replaced on two pairs of shoes and the heels repaired, but I was in a bind. They did live up to their name and had my shoes ready on the same day, though. I think the prices were based on their Buckhead clientele.

They probably can handle the simplest of heel replacements. But I would think carefully before bringing any shoes that I loved here. I went in to have a sole replacement, not a major request for a shoe repair shop. But my boots came back looking amateurish. The nice contrast stitch was uneven and jagged, instead of smooth and clean. They sewed through the soles, which is not how the boot was constructed. And they left perforations around the toe from where they failed and failed again to repair the shoe properly. I paid $60 to have my handmade boots ruined. To top it all off, it took 3 months for me to get a call that my shoes were finally ready. Add in several trips to check on my shoes, and the owners many assurances that they would be right when I returned. You’d think after this torture, they’d at least shine the boots up for free! If I were you, I’d find another shoe repair shop.

I originally went to this place because I've heard they are good with shoes (which they were, the shoes came out like brand new) Finally a Shoe Shop I can trust!!

It is hard to find a decent shoe repair place in Atlanta that does on-the-premises repairs same day / next day. However, that is no excuse to charge about 6 times their competitors, and to do a shoddy job of it. What a complee waste of money - I had to get the shoes reheeled again after 3 weeks.
