I was looking for a professional Home Inspector preferably a Home Inspection Team. I came across Home Probe, Inc. in the YP. I visited their website and was pleased with the home inspectors experience( the website lists home inspectors education). My home inspector was Darryl Rapp. He is GREAT! He was very thorough and informative. Unlike some home inspectors, he didn't mind you trailing him except in areas that may be unsafe ie, attic, crawlspace, roof. I give Home Probe an A plus. Keep up the Good Work!

Darryl Rapp has been our inspector twice now, for two different homes. I couldn't imagine feeling comfortable going through the home buying process without Home Probe. First of all, Tracy makes me feel like I'm her only customer, even though I know I'm not. She responds extremely quickly to all my emails and phone messages and is always very informative and very accommodating. Which is great, because when time is of the essence, this is EXACTLY what buyers need. She definitely makes the whole process a lot less stressful than it could be!



Ok, back to Darryl: He's AMAZING!!! He catches everything, but has a way of presenting it so that it doesn't seem as overwhelming as it could. He inspects every corner of ever room and all the spaces in between. Seriously. Everything! Even the places you'd never think to look or think about. The inspection report is 35 pages. My father-in-law has been a real estate investor for over 30 years, and he's never seen anything like it! After Darryl inspects the house, he will meet with you and he takes his time to explain everything in the report. He makes notes and takes pictures, so you know exactly what you are getting yourself into. He really is as good as it gets!!



I am very impressed with my overall experience. I am a realtor, so I know how bad it can be! I recommend Home Probe to my clients, and I will use them for every house I buy in the future.
