This is a new store, whom little people knows about. Working for this company has its ups and downs with Scheduling/Payroll. You really should talk with Management before applying, because you don't want to be stuck at a job when and if something doesn't go your way. The company hires based on their needs not yours. If you work part time, your hours may go from 20 hours to 5 hours in a week. Your hours could change mid week, without being told the reason why. If you ask for something you may not get it, for instance if you request FT, in the interview, you may get PT. If you request to be hired as a Coordinator or Supervisor your chances may be slim, no matter your College Education or Experience. So be careful and seek direct advice from the Management Team themselves. You may notice a slight change or shift in the interview or the environment. If you can't deal with changes then do not apply. We have been threaten to clock out before the store even opened. Be aware of consequences.
