Most furniture stores carry multiple furniture lines, pulling items from their warehouse, or ordering and restocking as they sell through their inventory. The manufacturers tell them the lowest prices they are allowed to advertise and sell their items. Thats not what we do.Over the years we have developed numerous relationships with furniture manufacturers, warehouses, aggregators, mattress companies, and freight lines who handle returns, credit or otherwise. We help them with special situations. And we see a lot of really good opportunities, often being the very first call. We make all of our selections with the high quality and designer standards of our Atlanta and Georgia clientele in mind. For a few of our favorite manufacturers, we will often buy out most, if not all, of their showroom samples following industry trade shows. This gives you first access to the upcoming seasons new designs from multiple manufacturers.Visit our trendy showroom and warehouse on any given day, and you may find yourself shopping alongside notable interior designers, celebrities, movie and television set designers, as well as regular down to earth homeowners from Buckhead to well beyond the Perimeter. Why do so many prefer to shop with Horizon? Weve outlined below how Horizon can offer such a high level of design and quality at prices that typically beat even the Internet by 15- 30% or more. There is no better location for upscale but affordable furniture.Horizons founder, Mike McMahon, has influenced the Atlanta furniture scene for over 17 years. After starting with a 5000 square foot space inside of Horizon Pacific Rugs, Mikes keen eye and shrewd business sense led to a thriving direct import business from countries around the globe. In short order he was able to take over the nearly 40,000 square foot location that originally served as Macys warehouse, and where Horizon Home still resides. Mike was looking for new ways to grow the business and called upon his longtime friend Elizabeth Scott, Atlanta entrepreneur and designer, and soon they were partners. Elizabeth had spent the prior decade renovating homes throughout Georgia and Florida following twenty years in finance and marketing. She brings a fresh energy and view to Horizon, a passion for helping people attain beautiful design at affordable prices, and she has brought many additional lines, including more premium brands, to the Horizon family of offerings. Together, the pair is redefining the Atlanta furniture buying experience, with furnishings from modern classics to urban chic, to live edge designs unique to Horizon all at truly affordable prices in a welcoming and inspirational setting.

I've visited the shop a few times. They are right accross from Top Golf. Mike the owner was aways helpful but not pushy. I needed to furnish my daughters apartment and they had most of what I needed but also found a few other things that they ordered for us. My daughter loved their fashions and I liked the prices.

I love this place, seriously as a designer, I find the same product lines here, new and at a fraction of other local furniture stores! Plus...well a major plus...is that they handcraft custom re-claimed wood, therefore the wood type, stain, legs, etc...options are endless! I tell all my friends to check the place out, as they are always getting new things in. Design on a budget, without scarifying quality...need I say more!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE from this store! We bought a "leather" sofa that turned out to be bonded leather, which is not leather at all. We paid $1600 for a small sectional, which is on the low side for leather but high for bonded leather. We thought we were getting a deal but less than 3 years later the black "leather" starting peeling off. We reached out to the store owner at least five times though calls and emails showing him photos; he promised each time to respond but never did. After we showed up at the store with the awful looking pieces, he finally said that he would give us a new sectional at cost for $700-$800. We picked out what we wanted then he called me back and said it would be $1400-$1500. I will not deal with this store again; I do not trust the quality of their furniture and their customer service is obviously terrible.
