In short order he was able to take over the nearly 40,000 square foot location that originally served as Macys warehouse, and where Horizon Home still resides. Mike was looking for new ways to grow the business and called upon his longtime friend Elizabeth Scott, Atlanta entrepreneur and designer, and soon they were partners. Elizabeth had spent the prior decade renovating homes throughout Georgia and Florida following twenty years in finance and marketing. She brings a fresh energy and view to Horizon, a passion for helping people attain beautiful design at affordable prices, and she has brought many additional lines, including more premium brands, to the Horizon family of offerings.
