Visited the clinic with bad neck pain. Used insurance. They Overcharged my co-payment, and I told them they were charging too much. They denied it, and I was in pain, so I let it go. Later, I contacted my insurance company, who also agreed. Insurance company straightened the payment amount out with Humber chiro. I paid my co-payment on each and every visit. The claims they made to my insurance company Were random and some were sent over 6 months after my last visit. Yet almost, one year later I get a collection agency notice of a $274 delinquincy on my account. First I heard of this... Stay away from this disorganized and/or dishonest chiropractic clinic.
