I was a smoker with huge anxiety problem for over 30 years. After spending two sessions with Alisa I am now a non smoker. And 6 sessions later I have my anxiety under control and I don't have panic attacks at work anymore. It has now been eight weeks since I have had a cigarette. I only wish I had have done this sooner. Thank you Alisa and Hypnois 2 Change for all of your help and support.
