I always loved doing business with IDN-Armstrong's over a 12 year period, one year I had purchased over $30,000 of parts and safes from them. Then, they (T-in AP) Lied to the powers to be and claimed that I had cussed at her. (At the time, I was told she said I had "cussed her out"). I had and have no memory of such an incident. BL: they submitted me to collections for an outrageous high amount (like $230), which was contrary to the monthly 2% (or 1.5%) interest rate. I paidoff the remaining balance immediately and told them I wasn't going to pay the outrageously high so called collection charge. They canceled my account and said (and still say) I must pay the very high collection fee to reinstate my account. I believe they created this opportunity because one of their employees (Richard) opened up a lock shop in direct competition to my business. which was a strange coincidence. Have they done this to you as well?
