It was not what its advertised to do. The whole experience was disappointing and a lot of the information provided to those on the telephone was misleading.

Very easy to register and sign into this website. Support services are extremely patient and polite. They go above and beyond customer service, staying on the phone with you until you are finished with what you needed fixed. The program itself is very informative. You can take as many practice tests as you like until you are comfortable to apply for the real exam. There is tons of information regarding anything you have questions on including different exams to various job descriptions. Highly recommend to anyone considering a postal career.

My experience was ok i received help that was helpful and i received help that was nothing but attitude overall the service prepared me for what was to come and i did pass the test and was hired on by the united postal service. So everything worked out just took some time
