This company isn't a good company to do business with. They process your taxes and when there is a problem you just have to figure it out.
When I asked to speak to the owner regarding my discrepancy in price and what was configured to cause this discrepancy. I was explained that the owner is refusing to speak with me or any other client. This isn't a tax professionals more like a tax peranna.
