If you want to live free from stress, this place is NOT for you. This place is for no one. The leasing office is about 1.5 miles away from the apartment complex, which means you have to travel whenever there is an issue with the apartment. I still travel every month to pay the rent. They made the online system but some residents are excluded from the service, which they haven't fixed for 3 months. They also haven't fixed laundry room for months. Can you imagine how we wash and dry our clothes? They don't clean the area so that there are trash all over the place. The pest control is no use because cockroahes are everywhere, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom area. All they care about is to take more money from the residents, definitely not the welfare of residents. It is extremely stressful to live in the apartment.
