Margaret Harris Comprehensive School is a special education facility that serves more than 75 students with severe and profound multiple disabilities. The school offers instruction in computer technology, physical education, swimming and bowling. It serves students in preschool through grade 12. Margaret Harris Comprehensive School also provides health care services. The school offers music, recreational, physical and occupational therapies. In addition, it manages Margaret Harris Comprehensive Media Center, which provides access to books. The school administers the Special Friends program, which involves students serving as peer tutors during structured and enrichment activities.
