This was my birthday treat. I was barely acknowledged. I would try to interact with my nail tech, and he would not respond. This is why I don't have a name to give. I was trying to tell him what it was that I wanted. He didn't listen. He cut my toe open! (by law the appointment should have ended there.) He said, "sorry sorry." and continued. I tried to indicate that this hurt. When I was finished, I spoke with the manager. He offered no apology. Nothing. I will never return. Never.
