The founders of OA Development have been in the real estate industry since 1981. The firm was founded in 1993, and evolved from a commercial brokerage firm into an industry leader in development and acquisitions. Since its inception, OAD has developed more than 2 million square feet of commercial space in North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. To date OAD has successfully completed over $250 million worth of commercial development projects.
