Got here at 8 no one started until after nine. Had one of the hair dressers tell me to leave because she had her customer so me being there wasn’t helping her. Then as I was leaving another hairdresser told me to sit and she would do my hair. She started on my hair about 915. At 1030 the owner walk in like she was going to save the world. Not!!! She has been working on one section of my hair for 4 hrs. She feels like nobody time is important but hers. Sadly I’m still here at 3pm and nowhere near finished. I get micro twists all of the time and never had to wait longer than 4 hrs. Will never come back here. I’m trying to warn anyone who read reviews before they make a decision. Also they have 4 ppl waiting that have been sitting since 11. They told them all that there was no wait.

Well I have been going here every year for the past 10 years. I love their work. Only problem was the last time I got an updo hairstyle and it was so tight. I had bumps and sores in back of my head . I had to apply cortizone cream.

Totally garbage do not waste your time or money. I arrived at 10:30 am to get 4 cornrows in my head I left at 1:30 after two people tried and failed horribly. I was first facing the mirror after I got to complaining the turned me towards the tv. I then started stretching my neck to see and every time I got a look I had a complaint. It was too big not parted right they were breaking off my hair pulling the hair out of a braid. And then once I said I had had enough that she could just take it down she got an attitude and told me to take my own hair down so I just left and now I'm on the way to gardenwalk to some real braiders

Give you one price on the phone and then changes when you get there. I will never use them again. And they talk about you in their african language.
