My hope for the future was rekindled over the weekend by my newly found home of therapy, Pamphra Psychotherapy and Psychiatry. I have seen a few therapists in the past few years and was loosing hope because they all didnt give me the right individual therapy I needed. But one visit to Pamphra has made a difference in my depression and anxiety I can tell. I am happy I didnt give up looking for a new therapist. Else, I couldn't have found it. The time seems to be dragging to my next session. I will refer anyone to Pamphra for therapy.

I rarely leave a review for services received. However, the treatment I read was very revealing, healing and individualized. I went in with a lot of anxiety but left feeling great and at peace. I can't wait for my next session. I will definitely recommend Pamphra Psychotherapy to anyone in need of therapy.
