The BEST travel agency I've ever encountered. I enjoyed my trip so much and the travel agent that booked me was so kind! She knew her stuff and planned an awesome trip to Punta Cana for me. Thanks Personal Touch team, the girls and I had a blast.

I just returned from a great trip to Montego Bay. Personal Touch Tours handled everything, including transportation to and from the hotel. The resort came recommended by LaCresia, the travel agent. It was a great place to stay. I will be using their services in the future.

please please please do not use this travel agency you would be better off by finding another. this travel agency is very unprofessional not accommodating at all and not accurate in the beginning as to what you're going to get for your money. A luxury bus tour to the Holy Land in Orlando was more like an bad experience on a roach coach. one of the travel agents by the name Ms. Barbara is very condescending and extremely unprofessional. to assure that you are satisfied and not disappointed I would definitely stay away from this travel agency

I love personal touch they saved my marriage, me and the husband needed a quick romantic getaway, call the owner/manager LaCresia told her where I want it to go how much money I was looking to spend by it being short notice, she call me back within a couple of hours and made it happen. A small bed & breakfast in santa rosa beach, first time using them, Ms. LaCresia Borden is my new travel agent, thanks for everything, baby due 7mos

Everything you think you may need to know, if your not sure what to ask, comparing pricing or just shopping around for options; Personal Touch Tours has always put a personal touch to all my travel needs. I have traveled with this agency since relocating to Atlanta, GA in 1994. I can honestly say that the professionalism, customer service skills, flexibility and availability of the staff continue to bring me back. I've tried a few of the rest only to find out that Personal Touch Tours is the best.

Personal Touch Tours is one of the most Professional and Business Oriented Black own business I have encountered. The Staff there is very professional and polite. The agency has booked all of my 5***** vacations for the last 13 years and counting. LaCresia strives on great customer service which includes attending any meet and greets you may schedule when booking Group traveling, Any personal Concierge services you may want while on vacation and shes always a phone call away. The Agency just booked a 24 diva trip I hosted to Jamacia and when I tell you my Agent (LaCresia) when above and beyond the call of duty by meeting us at the airport at 5am to ensure that each Diva that has never traveled before was aboard that plane. Hats off and 5 thumbs up to PERSONAL TOUCH TOURS. I will always recommend the Agency to all of my Family and Friends.

Please do not use this agency. I hate to put it out there but this is a African American owned company and it shows with how they conduct business. Who else would do business with you, take your money on what they call a payment plan (this is suppose to help you) then once you are fully paid refuse to give you a receipt. I have never. In the beginning they act like they are all concerned and will take care of you but once you ask for a receipt for all your transaction you will not hear from them again.

This is a very unprofessional organization. First, let me start by saying the Manager breaches the code of ethics and professionalism. She definitely has a "personal touch" with her male clients. Additionally, the organization refused to provide paperwork (receipts) for payments made. I don't like to characterize organizations or business, however this African American run establish truly reflects negatively on other African American run businesses. Inappropriate text messages, plans to attend cruise events that clients book through them, and use of very inappropriate affectionate names for clients. I will never recommend this organization to any of my co-worker, friends, or associates.

Personal Touch Tour do not operate under integrity, they have underlying written information on their flyers, so small that you would need a magnifying glass to see. The manager (Lucretia) could use some one on one lessons in customer service. She say one thing and is not very truthful when setting up tours. I would not refer this company to anyone and would not use them ever again.
