I've been a customer for 4.5 years and always appreciate the excellent job the PCC team do with my dry cleaning. They welcome me by name and are quick to resolve rare issues when they arise. Today, they did something to garner my continued loyalty.
I picked up my dry cleaning this morning and noticed a brand new designer polo shirt was missing. I called about it and they apologized and said that it hadn't cleaned right the first time so they were redoing it. They were trying to get a stain out and expected it to be ready later.
They called me back an hour later to say that it was being "taken care of" and that it wouldn't be ready until after 5 pm tomorrow. The stain, an apparent bleed of color into the lighter part of the shirt, but it wasn't coming clean to their standards. SO THE OWNER CONTACTED THE DESIGNER SHIRTMAKER (an out of state manufacturer) AND ORDERED A BRAND NEW SHIRT, AND WAS OVERNIGHTING IT TO THEIR STORE! Yes, this folks is how it's done!
