Provided by YP.comThe most accurate and revealing review I can leave for Proof is to tell you that on Saturday morning as I am COOKING BREAKFAST my husband will sneak out and buy pastries from Proof. This sounds, I realize, more like an indictment of my own cooking skills, but I make AWESOME pancakes and still the raspberry danish at Proof sings its siren song. Coffee is great there too. Maybe I should just stop cooking and make Proof our weekend morning destination!

Provided by YP.comWalked over for a ginger-cranberry scone ($2.50) and a smallish cup of coffee ($2.50). Tax & tip made it $6. Delightfully sunny, open atmosphere & counter service.
There may be scones as good elsewhere but I promise you there are none better. Also, the coffee was nirvana, in a coffee kind of way. Two thumbs way up on the food.
But pricey! In Proof's defense, I'll admit I did not ask for a refill on the coffee. But for that price you can get a cup twice as big and just as good in Little Five.

Provided by YP.comDefinitely a high end bakery with real, authentic breads and sweets. The bread is wonderful but the loaf we got was sliced weird so we couldn't use the ends of the bread and it was outrageously expensive. Will try again but may end up making our own bread!

Provided by YP.comThe coffee was great. I got muffins for coworkers...they were good but not huge. The dining area is a nice place to relax with a cup of coffee.
