Don't waste your time and energy for the following reasons:

1. You will receive 0 support from upper management. (1 plus is you will never see them)

2. You will be asked to work "off the clock".

3. They will consistently over promise and under deliver.

4. Training is non-existent, well almost. You will sit in front of a computer for that.

5. They are solely focused on new business and not their current properties. If they do focus on any current properties it is only the ones that are failing. You will not get praise if you actually have a successful property.

6. You must play your cards right and mind your P's and Q's with the right person in upper management because they do play favorites.
